The Week of November 2nd

Student of the week: Flynn

 Friday’s Memory:  Do unto others as you would have them do to you.  Luke 6:31

 Monday:  Chapel.  Scholastic News about presidents.

Tuesday:  Gym.  Computers.  Short A Beginning: acrobat, alligator, anchor, ant, apple, astronaut, avocado, ax. We will vote for the President! 

Wednesday:  Computers. Short A Anywhere:  cat, bat, mat, rat, man, fan, apple, pan, tan, can, van, sand, hand, band, lamb, hat, ham, ram, grass, map, cap.  We will learn about President George Washington.  We will make it is tricorn hat.  

Thursday:   Gym.  Library.    We will start writing short A words today!   We will learn about Abraham Lincoln.  We will make a log cabin today. 

Friday:  Memory. We will read “Flowers” book.  We will make an American Flag for our scrapbooks.

Letter P Day!

We dressed in our pajamas, decorated pumpkins, had pretzels, and watched "It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!"  What a Perfect Day!

Pumpkins

 Thank you to John Miller for the pumpkins. We weighed it, measured it-Foster was almost exactly right, see if floated, and guessed how many seeds were in it-Brooks was closest. Then we decorated them!
