The Week of December 9th

Wednesday’s Memory: Come see the baby lying in the manger, Child of Mary, yet Son of God Friday’s Memory: He’ll live the perfect life that we cannot live. And He’ll die for us on the cross Monday: Music with Miss Abraham. Short I Beginning: igloo, iguana, inchworm, Indian, infant, ink, insects. We will learn about Germany’s custom of the Christmas tree. We will make one out of our hands. Tuesday: Gym we will play with the scooters. Short I anywhere: sifter, tin, nickel, bill, ship, hip, swim, hill, lip, chin, fin, lint, inch, insect, ink. We will learn about Ireland and England custom of balls and holly around doorways. We will leave for our field trip at 12:15. Please dress for the weather as we walk between the homestead and school and also spend about 15 minutes outside in the barn. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Computers. We will learn about Greece and putting stockings up for Santa to fill. We will paint stockings that Mr. Hutter cut out for us! Thursday: Chapel. Library. Art with Mr. M. We will learn that the French like to make gingerbread cookies. We will paint some that Mr. Hutter cut out for us and maybe make some to eat. Friday: Memory. Spanish. We will read “Nan and Lad” book to Mr. Garcia’s class. We will learn about Ireland and England custom of balls and holly around doorways.
