The Week of June 3rd

Daily Events: Monday: Pink slip party and field day. Tuesday: Gym, we will play 4 square. We will make slime and crayons. Wednesday: Spanish. Art: we will finger paint. We will make gorp and bubbles. Thursday: Chapel. We will do awards and hand out report cards and last minute things. The children will be dismissed by 10:00. Friday: SUMMER VACATION 

Dentist Stanley at work!

A busy morning for Dentist Stanley this morning, two simple extractions. Lilly lost her first tooth and Natalie lost her second tooth. The tooth fairy will be busy tonight. All are very happy and grinning ear to ear :)

The Week of May 20th

Wednesday’s Memory: Share with God’s people who are in need. Romans 12:13 Friday’s Memory: God has poured out His love in tour hearts. Romans 5:5 Monday: Music, with Miss Abraham. I will be benchmarking the girls in reading today and tomorrow. We will learn about living in the country. We will make a mural for the hallway. Tuesday: Gym, we will play 4 square. I will continue to benchmark the girls in reading. We will learn about living in the city. We will make a mural for the hallway. Officer Hunt will come in the morning to talk about her job as a police officer and what to do if we get lost. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: we will invent a form of transportation. I will be AIMS testing the girls today in reading. We will learn about the medical field for our community helper. Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. We will learn the difference between needs and wants in reading. We will learn about the post office and mailing letters. Friday: Spanish. Memory. We will make roads and put people in our city! We will talk about staying safe in stores.

The Week of May 6th

Wednesday’s Memory: I, the Lord, do not change. Malachi 3:6 Friday’s Memory: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8 Monday: Music, with Miss Abraham. We will talk about astronauts. We will learn what keeps them safe and what they eat. We will eat some food like them! Tuesday: We will leave for our trip at 9:15. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: we will paint flowers. We will learn about space shuttle. We will make a book about it. Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. We will finish the space shuttle book. Friday: Spanish. We will read the book, “Too Many Toys” to Mr. Garcia’s class. We will blast off today!!! We will watch “A Day in Space”.
