Daily Events


Snack Week:  Lindsey’s


Wednesday’s Memory:  Now I know that baby small Sleeping soundly in the stall

Friday’s Memory:  Would forgive the sins of all When nails would pierce His two hands


Monday:  Drop off Students at church!  Short I Beginning:  igloo, iguana, inchworm, Indian, infant, ink, insects.  We will leave for our field trip at 11:15.  Please wear your St. Paul shirts to school today. 


Tuesday:   Gym.  Computers.  Library.    Short I Anywhere: sifter, tin, nickel, bill, ship, hip, swim, hill, lip, chin, fin, lint, inch, insect, ink,   We will learn about Germany and the first Christmas trees.  We will make Christmas trees. 

Wednesday:  Memory.   Computers.  Music.  We will learn about England and putting balls and holly around their doors. 

Thursday: Chapel. Gym.  Spanish.  Art.    We will learn that the Africans  like to put out stockings or socks for Santa to fill. 

Friday:  Drop off Students at church! Spanish.  Art. Memory.  We will read “Tim in Sand” book to Mr. Garcia’s class.  We will make edible wreaths and learn about St. Lucia’s Day from Sweden!

The Week of November 30th


Wednesday’s Memory:  This fair Babe of Bethlehem, Children loves and blesses them,

Friday’s Memory:  Shepherds waken in their sleep Ran and left their flock of sheep

 

Monday:  Letter N Beginning:  We will learn about England’s Christmas custom of ringing bells on Christmas day.  We will make an advent bell to count down the days to Christmas.  The advent calendar started in Germany. 

 

Tuesday:   Gym.  Computers.  Library.  Letter N Ending:  We will learn that Brazil will put manger scenes in most rooms of their homes.  We will make a manger scene.   We will learn about Mexico and the Legend of the Poinsettia. 

Wednesday:  Memory.  Computers.  Music.  Letter L Beginning:  We will learn about Mexico and the Legend of the Poinsettia.  

Thursday: Chapel.  Gym.  Spanish.  Art.  Letter L Ending:   spool, tool, stool, rule, pail, handle, ladle, saddle, small, little, pool, turtle, fall, wall, tall.  We will learn that Canada  has Santa deliver their gifts.  We will make Santa masks. 

Friday:  Memory.  Spanish.  Art.  We will read “Nan and Lad” book to Mr. Garcia’s class.  We will learn that France is credited with starting the gingerbread men.  We will paint them and maybe eat some too.

Tuesday’s Memory:  Joy our little hearts shall fill, Peace and love, and all goodwill



Monday:  AIMS Testing.  We will make turkeys.     

Tuesday:  Memory.  Library.   We will read our book, “A Hat” to Mr. Garcia’s class.  Math test over more and less.   Our party will start at 1:30.  We will be making edible hand Turkeys today.

Monday:  Letter S Beginning:  sack, sailboat, sand, sand paper, scale, scarf, scissors, seashell, seeds, shirt, shoes, sled, snake, soap, sock, spider, sponge, spoon, stamps, star, string, suitcase. We will make a pumpkin book.  We will make pumpkin pie today. 
Tuesday:  Gym.  Computers.  Library.  Letter S Ending:  lips, bus, press, crates, grass, brass, moss, floss, plus, hands, legs, wings.  We will learn about the parts of a pumpkin. 
Wednesday:  Computers.  Music.  Letter M Beginning:  macaroni, magazine, magnet, magnifying glass, mailbox, map, maraca, mask, milk carton, mirror, mitten, monkey, monster, moon, mop, motorcycle, mouse, muffin tin, music box.  We will make pumpkin bread today. 
Thursday:  Gym.  Spanish.  Art.  Letter M Ending: ham, ram, lime, slime, dime, home, trim, rim, mom, vacuum, broom. We will decorate the pumpkins and make some hypothesis today about the gourds. 
Friday:  Memory.  Please return the book, “We Go.”  We will read them to our special person! We will make something with our special person.  We dismiss today at 11:30.
