Friday’s Memory:  Follow Me.  Matthew 4:19

Monday:   Gym.  Short U Beginning:umpire, underwear.  We will learn that penguins hatch from eggs and the father protects the egg.  We will learn what baby penguins eat!  

Tuesday:  Technology. Creation Day dress up.   Short U Anywhere:  bug, cub, bus, bud, cup, duck, sucker, tub, lump, pump, plug, sun, sub, nut.  We will make a penguin today.  We will learn that penguins form rookeries and can not fly.  We will learn how they get around.  

Wednesday:  Chapel.   Wacky Tacky dress up.  Letter X Ending:  fox, box, six, mix, ox, box, fox, wax, sax, fax, Nix, tax.  Field Trip to Children’s Museum.  We will leave at 12:15. 

Thursday:   Art.  We will make a folded paper plate penguin.  We will watch a short movie about penguins.  

Friday:  Memory.  Gym.  Please return the book: “Glad Pam”.   Scholastic News about penguins.

Monday:   Gym.  America Monday-wear your red, white and blue!  Letter J Beginning:   jacket, jack-in-the-box, jack-o’-lantern, jam, jar, jeans, jeep, Jell-o, jelly, jellybeans, jet, jewels, juice, jump rope.  We will learn about following directions in class.  

Tuesday:  Technology. Creation Day dress up.  We will learn about the holidays we celebrate in America.  

Wednesday:  Chapel.  Wacky Tacky dress up.  PTO meeting at 6:00!  Letter F Beginning:  fan, farm, feather, felt, fern, fire engine, fish, flag, flamingo, flower, flute, fly, football, fork, frog, fur.   We will learn about the difference between Federal holidays and Religious holidays we celebrate in America.  

Thursday:   Art. Pancake Breakfast at 7:15am.  Comfy Cozy dress up. Letter F Ending:  calf, leaf, puff, reef, cuff, muff, beef, elf, wolf, scarf.  We will learn songs that go with different holidays.  

Friday:  Memory.  Gym.  Neon Day-wear your bright colors.  Please return the book: “Ron Hops”.   Scholastic News.

Monday: No School-Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  

Tuesday:  Technology.   NWEA reading testing.   We will learn about calming down to solve problems.

Wednesday:  Chapel.   We will learn about solving problems in class. 

Thursday:   Art.  We will learn how they can be good helpers.

We will learn about sharing.  

Wednesday:  Chapel. NWEA testing.  Letter R Ending:  ruler, deer, reindeer, flower, flour, car, river, paper, ranger, number, beaver, door, store, guitar, teacher.  We will be learning how to solve problems.  

Thursday:   Art.  Letter G Beginning:  garden, grate, giraffe, glass, globe, glove, glue, goggles, golf ball, goose, gorilla, gourd, grapes, green, gray, grass.  We will continue to learn about making friends and keeping them.
