about England’s Christmas custom of ringing bells on Christmas day. We will make an advent bell to count down the
days to Christmas. The advent calendar
started in Germany.

Gym. Computers. Library.
Letter N Ending: We will learn
that Brazil will put manger scenes in most rooms of their homes. We will make a manger scene. We will learn about Mexico and the Legend of
the Poinsettia.
Wednesday:
Memory. Computers. Music.
Letter L Beginning: We will learn
about Mexico and the Legend of the Poinsettia.
Thursday:
Chapel. Gym.
Spanish. Art. Letter L Ending: spool, tool, stool, rule, pail, handle,
ladle, saddle, small, little, pool, turtle, fall, wall, tall. We will learn that Canada has Santa deliver their gifts. We will make Santa masks.
Friday:
Memory. Spanish. Art. We
will read “Nan and Lad” book to Mr. Garcia’s class. We will learn that France is credited with
starting the gingerbread men. We will
paint them and maybe eat some too.
