Daily Events

Snack Week:  Sophia

Wednesday’s Memory:  Bread of Life, Lamb of God, Alpha and Omega, our Cornerstone

Friday’s Memory:  Light of the World, the Lord of all, Jehovah, our Rock, the Way, the Truth, the Life.

Monday:  Drop off your child at church in the morning.  Music.  We will be learning about Italy and making cookies.  We will make gingerbread ornaments. 

Tuesday:   Gym.  Computers. Library.  We will learn about St. Lucia Day from Sweden.   We will make wreaths.      

Wednesday:  Memory. Computers.  Spanish.  We will learn about the Philippines and they make wooden ornaments.  We will paint snowmen on wood. 

Thursday: Chapel, we will be doing it.   Gym.  Art.  We will wrap our parent’s gifts today and make cards. 

Friday:  Drop off your child at church in the morning.  Memory. Spanish.  Art.  We will marker an ornament.

30^th Wednesday’s Memory:  Joy to the World the Lord has come, let earth receive her King

2^nd Friday’s Memory:  Let every heart, prepare Him room

The Week of November 21^st:

Monday:  Music.  We will make turkeys.     

Tuesday:  Memory.  Our party will start at 1:15.  We will be making edible hand Turkeys today.      

The week of November 28^th: 

Monday:   Music.  AIMS testing.  We will learn about Norway’s Christmas custom of ringing bells on Christmas day.  We will make an advent bell to count down the days to Christmas.  The advent calendar started in Germany. 

Tuesday:   Gym.  Computers.  Library.  We will learn that in the Czech Republic will put angels on their trees.  We will make a manger scene.   We will learn about Mexico and the Legend of the Poinsettia. 

Wednesday:  Memory.  Computers.  Spanish. In Brazil, they will put manger scenes in most rooms of their homes.  We will make a manger scene.  

Thursday: Chapel.  Gym.  Spanish.  Art.    We will learn about Mexico and the Legend of the Poinsettia.  We will make Poinsettias today. 

Friday:  Memory.  Spanish.  Art.  We will read “Sam and Pam” book to Mr. Garcia’s class.  We will learn that Germany was credited with the first Christmas tree.  We will make one.
