Week of August 29th

Student of the Week:  Amelia E. 

Thursday’s Memory:  Our Father, who art in Heaven

Monday:  Gym.  We will learn that plants need water.  

Tuesday:   Library. Computers.  We will learn some plants need lots of water and some only need a little.  We will also learn that plants need sun to live. 

Wednesday:  We will go on a walk to see some plants we have around the school.  Are the plants in the sunlight or shade?   When do they get watered???   

Thursday: Memory.  Art.  We will do Scholastic News today. 

Friday:  No School.

The Week of August 23rd.....

 

Student of the Week:  Amelia E  (She will be this week and next week because of the short weeks)

Monday:   No School.

Tuesday:   Chapel.  We will start learning the classroom rules, school rules, and playground rules.  I will be evaluating the children to see where the students are starting.  We dismiss at 11:30. Parent/Student Orientation right after school. 

Wednesday:  We will finish evaluating the children today.  We will decorate our “thinking caps” today.  Parent/Student Orientation at 6pm. 

Thursday:   We will talk about our favorite things.  We will trace our hands and color things we love!   The paper books “A Farm” will come home today.  Please practice them and return them tomorrow morning. 

Friday:  Memory (See above).   Please return the books, “A Farm.”   The students will read them to me!  We will do a Scholastic News today.
