Monday:   Gym.  We will learn what weather is and the different types of weather.  

Tuesday:  Technology. Letter Y Beginning:  yacht, yak, yarn, yardstick, yarn, yogurt container, yo-yo.  We will learn about the temperature and kinds of weather.  Then we will see the kinds of clothes we wear. 

Wednesday:  Chapel.  Letter V Beginning:  vacuum cleaner, valentine, van, vase, Velcro, velvet, vest, vine, vinegar, violets, violin, volleyball.  We will check our knowledge on how we dress for the weather.  

Thursday:  Art.   Letter Q Beginning: quail, Quaker Oats Box, quarter, queen, question mark, quill, quilt, Q-tips We will when the weather changes.  .  

Friday:  Memory.  Gym. Dr. Seuss Day dress up day!   All Dr. Seuss things today!

Monday:   No School Presidents Day

Tuesday:  Technology. We will learn how many teeth we have, what teeth do, and make a picture of us with teeth.  

Wednesday:  Chapel.  Short E Beginning:  elbow, egg, elephant, elf, engine, Extra gum, elevator, envelope, Eskimo.  We will learn how to brush our teeth, and how much tooth paste to put on our tooth brush.  

Thursday:  Art.  Short E Anywhere:  leg, peg, elbow, ten, left, pen, desk, net, red, nest, bed.  We will watch a movie about our teeth.  

Friday:  Memory.  Gym.  Letter Q Beginning: quail, Quaker Oats Box, quarter, queen, question mark, quill, quilt, Q-tips.  Scholastic News today.

Monday:   Bring your Valentine boxes in today.  Gym.  Letter W Beginning:  wagon, wallet, wallpaper, walnut, washcloth, wastebasket, watch, watermelon, waxed paper, whale, wheel, whisk broom, windmill, window, wishbone, wood.  We will make a Valentine craft.   

Tuesday:  Technology. Letter K Beginning:  kaleidoscope, kangaroo, ketchup, kettle, key, kimono, king, kitchen, kite, kitten, kiwi(fruit), koala.  We will do a Valentine craft.  

Wednesday:  Chapel.  Happy 100th Day of School!  Happy Valentine's Day!  We will do the 100th Day in the morning and Valentines in the afternoon. Bring your 100 things in today.  IT IS A PARTY DAY!!

Thursday:  Memory.  Letter K Ending:   bike, rake, sack, back pack, black, tack, link, wick, rack, silk, milk, bank, wink, kayak, kapok.  School dismisses at 11:30 for Parent/Teacher Conferences.   

Friday:  NO SCHOOL.  Parent/Teacher Conferences.

Monday:   Gym.  Letter Z Beginning:  zamboni, Zebra, zero, zinnia, ZIP code, zipper, zither, zoo, zucchini, zwieback. We will make a Kwanzaa Heart Tree.  

Tuesday:  Technology. We will do a Scholastic News about famous African Americans.  

Wednesday:  Chapel.  We will learn about George Washington, our first president.  

Thursday:   Art. We will learn about Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president.    

Friday:  Memory.  Gym.  Please return the book: “Jam Pot”.   Scholastic News.
