Daily Events: Wednesday’s Memory: Christ died for our sins. 1 Corinthians 15:3 Friday’s Memory: none Monday: Music, with Miss Abraham. We will make stained glass crosses. Tuesday: We will leave for our field trip to Dow Gardens. We will leave the school at 12:15. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: We will make a cross on a hill. We will make ducks. Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. We will read the book, “A Nut Pile” to Mr. Garcia’s class. AIMS Testing today. We will have our Easter Party starting at 12:30. Friday: No School, Good Friday.

Long A anywhere: ape, cake, lake, rake, tape, bail, pail, mail, sail, rail, tail, safe, jade, apron, acorn, cave, name, grape, flame, wave, April. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: We will make paper plate fish. We will learn about flying fish. Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. Long I beginning: ice cream container, ice cube tray, ice skates, icicle, iris, iron, ironing board, island, ivy. We will make a hermit crab today. Friday: Spanish. Memory. We will make a rainbow fish and watch the movie, “Rainbow Fish”.

We will make lions. Tuesday: Gym: basketball. Math test over money and time. Letter Y Beginning: yacht, yak, yam, yardstick, yarn, yogurt, yo-yo. We will make lambs. We will guess what we think March will come in like, a lion or a lamb. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: We will make a smelly art project with Jello. Letter V beginning: vacuum cleaner, valentine, van, vase, Velcro, velvet, vest, vine, vinegar, violets, violin, volleyball. We will learn about elephants. We will make “Elmer”. Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. Letter V Ending: shave, stove, love, dove, dive, wave, move, pave, clove, cave, Dave. We will make different kinds of cats today. Friday: Spanish. Please return the book, “Corky”. AIMS testing today. Test over mammals. We will make a raccoon today.

Tuesday: Gym: basketball. Smelly things due!! We will smell different things in containers and see if we like the smell. We will add pictures of things we like to smell in our senses books. Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Art: We will make a smelly art project with Jello. Letter E Short sound beginning: egg, egg beater, elephant, elevator, elf, engine, envelope, elephant, elevator, elf, engine, envelope. We will learn about tasting. We will add this to our senses book. We will taste salty, bitter, sweet, and sour things today! Thursday: Chapel. Library. Computers. We will touch different things in bags and try to figure out what it is. We will add this to our books. Friday: Please return the book, “Quin and the Jets”. Spanish. Letter Q Beginning: quail, Quaker Oats box, quarter, queen, question mark, quill, quilt, Q-Tips. We will have a test over the five senses. We will make a book about the 5 senses.
