The Week of October 13th

WE sing in church on Sunday at the 8:00 service! The children will sit upstairs and then join the parents after the children's message. Tuesday: Gym, we will use scooters in the gym. We will have a test over all our letters, upper and lower case. We will leave for our field trip at 12:10! Wednesday: Spanish. Art: we will learn about warm colors and paint a fall tree with them with Q-tips. AIMS Testing today. We will learn the parts of an apple tree. We will make an apple tree to use for our picture book for our apple orchard. We will make apple pie. Thursday: Chapel. Computers. Library. Letter S Beginning: sack, sailboat, sand, sand paper, scale, scarf, scissors, seashell, seeds, shirt, shoes, sled, snake, soap, sock, spider, sponge, spoon, stamps, star, string, suitcase. We will make the parts to an apple and see what lives inside an apple. We will make apple sauce. Friday: Memory. Spanish. Letter S Ending: lips, bus, press, crates, grass, brass, moss, floss, plus, hands, legs, wings. We will learn about Johnny Appleseed and make him. We will taste test different kinds of apples.
