The Week of March 3rd
Wednesday’s Memory: Everybody has a choice to be courteous or rude.
Friday’s Memory: A kind word or a caring act will help anybody’s mood
Monday: Music with Miss Abraham. Letter Y beginning: yacht, yak, yam, yardstick, yarn, yogurt, yo-yo. We will talk about living in the country and we will make a picture of that.
Tuesday: Gym: we will learning to dribble a basketball. Letter V beginning: vacuum cleaner, valentine, van, vase, Velcro, velvet, vest, vine, vinegar, violets, violin, volleyball. We will learn about living in a city. We will make a book about the city. Today we will have a special reader come into our room from a bank.
Wednesday: Memory. Spanish. Computers. Letter V ending: shave, stove, love, dove, dive, wave, move, pave, clove, cave, Dave. We will learn about the president’s job and then past presidents.
Thursday: Chapel. Library. Art with Mrs. H. We will learn about dentist and taking care of our teeth.
Friday: Memory. Spanish. Operetta!! We will read “Vic Yelps” book to Mr. Garcia’s class. I will test the children over all the letter sounds and words today. We will learn about police officers. Trooper Hunt will come in so we can see her car and maybe a police dog.
