The Week of October 6th

Snack Week: Rylie’s Memory: I dream of a house, it’s beautiful there – with streets of gold Monday: Computers. Art: we will paint with the warm colors. Letter U Day: ukulele, umbrella, umpire, uncle, underwear, unicorn, unicycle, uniform. We will learn the parts of a tree. Tuesday: Spanish. Art. Letter V Day: vacuum cleaner, valentine, van, vase, Velcro, velvet, vest, vine, vinegar, violets, violin, volleyball. We will learn the different kinds of seeds of trees. Wednesday: Gym, we will play soccer. Letter W Day: wagon, wallet, wallpaper, walnut, washcloth, wastebasket, watch, watermelon, waxed paper, whale, wheel, whisk broom, windmill, window, wishbone, wood. We will make things with leaves and learn why they change colors. Thursday: Chapel. Spanish. Library. Memory. Letter X Day: x-ray, xylophone, x’s or x’s at the end of the word like fox, box, fax, sax, six. We will make a leaf person. Friday: Music with Miss Abraham. Letter Y Day: yacht, yak, yam, yardstick, yarn, yogurt, yo-yo. We will make a scarecrow.
