The Week of October 30th....

 Student of the Week:  Emerson (extra week because of the letter and short week)

Monday:  Gym.  Wear your pajamas today! Letter P Beginning: pail, paintbrush, pajamas, pan, pancake, paper, parachute, parrot, paste, peanut butter, peanuts, pear, pen, pencil, penny, pie pan, pig, pillow, pinecone, pizza, placemat, plate, pocket, popcorn, postcard, potato, pumpkin, pupper, puppy.  We will learn how people get along with each other. 


Tuesday:  Technology.  Letter P Ending:  clamp, sheep, clasp, stamp, strap, scoop, strip, scrap, jump rope, soap, trap, tarp, stop, wasp, snap, poop, mop, cop, hip, lip, pop, pup, syrup, burlap, cap, ketchup, pickup, laptop, shrimp, scallop, clip, turnip.  Harvest/Reformation Party starting at 1:15.  All parents are invited to attend!   If you would like to bring a treat to pass out you may.  


Wednesday:   Chapel.  We will learn what Native Americans used for musical instruments.  We will make drums today.  

 


Thursday:   Art.  Short A Beginning:  apple, alligator, astronaut, ax, acrobat, apricot, add, ask, adult, alley.

We will make a Native American Wigwam.  


Friday:  Gym.  Please return the book, “The Tree” as they will read it to me!  Scholastic News. Short A Anywhere:  bat, bag, hat, cat, pan, pad, sack, map, dad, sand, grass, rag, rat, backpack, ram.
