The Week of December 4th...

Friday’s Memory:   Not a bed or cradle, Not a pillow deep, But a lowly manger, Was His place to sleep.


Monday:  Drop your children off at church! Gym. Letter L Ending: tool, stool, spool, rule, handle, candle, sandal, saddle, cattle, fiddle faddle, fiddle, pill, well, gel, pail, whale, tail, sail, mail, jail, bell, well, nail.  We will learn about Iceland.  They have lots of snow and will make snowmen.   


Tuesday:  Technology.   We will learn about France’s custom of hanging special ornaments in their rooms.  We will make an ornament.  


Wednesday:   Chapel.  Short I Beginning: igloo, iguana, Indian, inch, inchworm, infant, ink, insects.   We will learn about Sweden’s custom of the oldest girl bringing cookies to her family with a wreath on her head.  We will make wreaths.  


Thursday:   Art.  Short I anywhere:  fin, lip, pig, wig, pill, chip, bib, kit, pit, pin, tin, kid, fig, skin.  In Holland they have lots of Santas.  We will make a Santa mask.  Holly Jolly Store Shopping.  


Friday:    Drop your children off at church! Gym. Wear your green and red Christmas or winter sweaters and socks.  Holly Jolly Store Shopping.  Scholastic News.
